Core Requirements
- Healthcare degree — MBA-HM, B.Sc Nursing, BMLT, DMLT, M.Pharm or equivalent
- Knowledge of NABH / NABL / ISO standards (basic understanding acceptable for freshers)
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi + English
- Willingness to travel for site visits (50–70% travel role)
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
- Team player with high attention to detail
Bonus Skills (Stand Out)
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) certification
- ISO 9001 / ISO 15189 internal auditor training
- Experience in hospital quality department or clinical governance
